Barbara Asato
Based in Hawaii, Bobbie began her career with Children and Youth at Pearl Harbor 32 years ago. Her tenure as a public servant was honorable and led her to oversee one of the largest expansion of Children and Youth programs for United States service men and women in Hawaii. Her decorated career earned her accolades from The President of the United States, The Governor of Hawaii and many other dignitaries.
Bobbie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Camp Ohana Foundation. In her role as a Trustee of the Foundation, she will ensure that Camp Ohana programs are constantly addressing the needs of children and youth worldwide. She is passionate about the cultural experience programs and will serve as a resource and advocate in promoting global citizenship through Camp Ohana’s programs that serve children in Kenya, United States and Canada.
